PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK
BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Teaneck Planning Board has scheduled a special meeting on Wednesday November 6th, 2024 at 7:30PM. The meeting will be held at the Benjamin Franklin Middle School, 1315 Taft Rd Teaneck, NJ 07666. the Planning Board of the Township of Teaneck, will hold a public hearing on all matters listed in its agenda.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT the Secretary of the Board is authorized to mail and publish this notice in the manner required by law.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that adequate notice of these meetings is being provided in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act. pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that formal action may be taken on applications and all matters listed on the Board’s agenda and/or such other matters to come before the Board at the meeting. Please be advised that all documents, plans, maps, applications and reports relating to any item on the agenda are available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the Meetings, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (9:00AM to 5:00PM) at the office of the Planning Board Secretary, Township of Teaneck, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666. The meeting is open to the public. Official action may be taken by the Board.
